This company has not sent me a bill since February. Keep in mind I pay every month!!! First when I called to make Aprils payment...She persisted to tell me,I didn't pay!! (I found the receipt,then She said I didn't pay for February.....They don't have a clue,caught them in Soo many lines,on a RECORDED LINE!!!!! & THREATENING ME, I WON'T GET MY TITLE, AFTER THEY CHARGED ME TWICE MONTH OF MARCH , I KNEW I HAD EVERY RECEIT!!! THEY ARE NOT BEHAVING LIKE A NORMAL FINANCIAL COMPANY! PLEASE ASK THEM...I GOT PROOF &THEY ARE DENYING IT!!?? Resolution Sought I would just like to be credited my correct payments...I should be caught right up to April,+they,re committing fraud
