I purchased a vehicle from car mart in grove, approximately in June of '23. I was kept up in payments until I lost my job and my wife had to work. She also kept up payments with an agreed upon adjusted amount until we got back on our feet. We kept up payments until she lost her job, and I had to get another one. We were paying the agreed amount until we got one full payment behind. They readjusted our payment back without our knowledge. And they repossessed our vehicle in the middle of the night ,or the morning ,because they never contacted us to let us know. Now we have no way of paying it because we have no transportation. It also some defects we learned about a couple of days off the lot. One month after we bought we had to fix the water pump. Our back door handle is broken. And one of the rails on the back came off and almost hit another car in the middle of the highway. Resolution Sought Stick to the agreement that both parties had communicated and not let an entirely different agent who wasn't present for the agreement start making up new agreements without our knowledge.

I got a 2015 ford f150 dec 23 2020 day 1 had problems oil leaks misfiring and the engine blew they put a used engine in it. I pick it up from the shop. As soon as i left the shop check engine light comes on. I called them they put it back in the shop, shop said nothing was wrong. But yet it looses power and the check engine light blinks. This truck has been in and out of the shop for nine months. For the same problems. Misfiring, They put it in the shop have it for 2 weeks i get it back and still a problem misfiring. And then when u call them. They want to be rude are wont return your call, the second engine is doing the same thing as the first engine was doing misfiring. Out of nine months I've had this truck I've probably only had it in my position for 4 months its been in the shop the rest of the time,a week to two weeks at a time. I've been patient with them for nine months, my patients has ran out ,this truck is not dependable. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. Right now on this day sep 8 it is still misfiring. I talked to them they said they would talk to the manager last week haven't heard anything back. I'm just so done with this truck. I traded in a 2000 ford there was nothing wrong with it for a truck that has gave me nothing but problems, and stress, having to leave my wife and kids on foot because i have to use her car to work while this truck is in the shop. Dec 23 2020 first day i got it trouble started still having trouble with it se Resolution Sought Fight to get all my money back that ive paid on the truck, that I've paid to register it and tags, and what they gave me for my 2000 ford so i can use it to get me something some where else, are put me in another truck of my choice. Nothing wrong with it at all. To many problems with 2015 ford don't want it any more.
