My car was towed from my residence in Dallas and I contacted the company, explained the situation and was told don't worry about it they would take care of it. I was in Truck Driving school in Iowa so I didn't get back for two weeks and after my return I found out the car was still impounded and I had no way of getting it out. I called the company and was told they were taking care of it and for over a month I have been without a car and have lost my job. I am a Navy veteran who has fallen on hard times and I feel I gave away 5000 dollars for nothing and I'm still responsible for the car and that's not right. Resolution Sought I just want my car back and to get my payment back on track from here on out.
