They lied about this 2012 Chrysler 200 being in great shape and now that I have returned the vehicle (3 months of only having it). They are forcing me to pay the remaining balance once the car is sold and that's not right especially when they knew this car has been having problems from the day I signed the papers that Jessica gave me to sign and that car has been sitting for a long time(5 months plus, which I found out afterwards). I should not have to make a claim with my car insurance about windshields front and back that came off track while being in Car-Marts possession. Car-Mart should fix it and the other problems with this car because I shouldn't come out of pocket for 367.00 a piece for the windshields and have to pay 900 for a car part at the dealership plus the labor and 375 for the key to get flashed, Car-Mart knew about these problems when they sold me this car and I can prove it! (ONCE AGAIN they sent me a letter saying they will be selling the car and then forcing me to pay the remaining balance, which isn't right, when I have been having nothing but trouble since I signed for the vehicle with Jessica. (Car mart fixed 4 problems with the car but only because I complained for 2 months to corporate office and Even still I had to go back and forth on who was going to pay for the Abs module system. I should not have to pay the remaining balance (when they sale the 2012 Chrysler 200). They sold me a lemon vehicle from the start(3 months ago.). Resolution Sought My desired out come would be to not have Cart-Mart penalize me, because I gave the car back because it's still a lemon and they caused damaged to the car.(windshields). Myself and kids shouldn't have to pay the difference when they sell that car after 10/30/21. They shouldn't force me to pay the difference .because they selling the vehicle they are still making money from the car. I have complained 2 months ago and I know this is a get back at me for doing that.(complaining to corporate).
