Bought car from them and the first week had to take back coil bad . Then got it back 6 days later and I made sure every thing was rite and all of the wires were hanging out from dash board and I saw that there was no antifreeze in it and it was full when they took it so I put more in and it would have none buy end of day and also at end of day I looked in the radiator and I see little slivers of silver pieces and that's usually that's from putting stop leak in . Also I've been in office now for a month and 1/2 and tried to make appointment so they can fix it but I get the run around or they tell me they will call and never do. I'm on a fixed income I would love to change it for another one but I feel if I do it would be the same way . And if I tell them to come get it or take it back and tell them I don't want it that would be a voluntary repo and I don't need bad credit please help I believe it's a lemon car PAYMENT IS DUE EVERY 5TH. Also they told me when I bought it if I payed $600 down it would be a payment of $300 for first 3 mo. And after that I would be paying $280 until payed off . And now they say that's not true . This is my first car I've gotten from a car lot and I promise one thing if there is a next time I'll take somebody that knows about motors I just don't think this should be legal . Resolution Sought Either give me a good car that was worth what I'm paying or give me my money back so I can get a car.

I PFC had my SCRA Benefits denied at this establishment for 10 months until I got a lawyer into the mix. The first offence of infringement upon my SCRA benefits is $55000. I was denied more times then 1. The dealership says they did not know what the scra was, but I versed them in the federal law stating what it was and took all proof with me needed to present to them. I took my orders of active duty and kindly requested to have my apr lowered to 6 APR. I was told they did not do that at that establishment. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is $55000 or the 2 vehicles in my name to be paid off equaling a total of $14000. I am willing to go to court for the $110000 that is legally owed to me.
