Car-mart do not inspect their vehicles what's so ever before selling their cars, when I purchased the car I had to replace all the lug nuts head lights and tires and on top of that my car has broken down 5 times in the past three months … recently my car broke down and my car been with in a mechanic shop over a month , they can't even lend out a loaner vehicle I been with out a car struggling to get to work which I have not been able to due to I'm new to the town I moved into my insurance could only cover a few days for car rental I spent so much much money trying to get around and when I call the dealership they argue back at me tell me to figure it out that it's not their problem on top of that I almost lost my life with this car breaking down in a middle of a high way trying to move my car to a safe location so many trucks drive fast and almost got hit multiple time and that is a very scary experience I would not want anyone to go through what I went through Resolution Sought To give me a new car or to refund me my money to start inspecting their cars before selling them to offer loaner cars if it's been in the shop for over a month to pause payments if they are not able to lend you a car to be fair with their customers and not lie to them and also practice being polite with good customer service
