I purchased a used car. From day one I have had nothing but problems with it. I have talked to 2 different people and they to have issues with their vehicles from America's car mart Resolution Sought Fix the problems. And, understand that they have to make sure that each car they sell is in excellent condition and there are not going to be any mechanical issues

I bought a car from them back in December. The title is wrong and can not change title or tag the car. I constantly asked them to change the car if I was going to have trouble with it. They would give me the turn around and kept giving me paper tags until June 11th. They wanted to give me 1500 tours another car and start a new contract. I had already paid over 4,000 on it and because I drove it they wanted to give me that amount. I did not think it was right for me to start a new contract so I did not sign the paper n denied it. I got a lawyer and he said I had a case and he charge me $400 to send them a letter. He said he would give them 10 days to responds if not we would go forth wards. Well he don't answer my calls and when he did he don't have time to take my case. By this time I don't know if he even send them the letter. I have not been driving the car since June 11 and still paying for it. Resolution Sought I just want my down payment back and what I have been paying on it since June 11 since I can't drive it and they can have their car back. I don't want nothing to do with them..
