I am purchasing a vehicle from the Carmart in Sapulpa, OK. I am very dissatisfied with the service, with the car itself and with the "customer service" I have received. I had not had the car in my possession for two weeks and it was stolen from me. Carmart recovered it and didn't let me know for a couple weeks. I only found out when I called to tell them it was stolen. They then told me there was something wrong with the ignition. They lead me to believe that it was fixed. So I came in to make my payment, having been lead to believe that I was going to be driving my car off. So now I still have no car, and I am down $105 that could have been used to feed my children. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $505.
