Car-Mart of Springdale complaints

I bought a Ford Taurus X from car-mart on sunset. My care salesman was Bobby Joe. I traded in my old and they gave me $400, which was $100 below their trade in down payments of $500 that they advertise. She told me that the extra $100 that I owed AND the sales tax would be worked into the first six payments which would be higher at $321 bi-weekly instead of $245 bi-weekly because they understand that people can make $650 car payments on top of sales tax, all I would have to do is come back before my tags expire and pick up my plates. I have made all of these payments early. I went into the store yesterday to do as she said, and when I got there, they handed my paperwork and when I went to the DMV, I was told I owe over 1k of sales tax. I then went back to the dealership, asked to speak with the manager and explained what I along with the man I brought with me to buy the car was told. She then told me that Bobbie joe never said that and that I had to pay sales tax. This is theft by deceit of a felonies amount, so that she could get the commission off of my sale. My car also broke down after buying it, and when I contacted the dealership, they sent to a repair shop that told me two hours. I did not get my car back for a week in which time the repair shop didn't once call me to update me I had to repeatedly reach back out, and when I called to speak to car-mart about this they told me they were absolutely nothing they can do. Resolution Sought Follow their promise of paying sales tax. Not commit felonious deceit.

Last night 8/29/2023, Car Mart sent a tow truck to my spouse's work and left her stranded without any notice. She works nights in Springdale AR and we live in Pineville MO and share the vehicle. We had informed Car Mart of our current hardship from change of employment and had paid $450. We have a two month old daughter and a nine month old granddaughter whose Car seats were also in the vehicle. My spouse didn't even know and didn't have a chance to get anything she needed and her boss said it was like they were waiting and quickly jacked the vehicle. When calling Car Mart to discuss they said $800 would get it back even though we paid $450 to catch up. How come it's ok to leave people stranded knowing they are struggling instead of working with them, they even have a paper that states "we want to keep you in your vehicle". Resolution Sought I need my vehicle back and they need to work better with folks what if they took the vehicle with my 2 month old daughter and grandchildren in it. What they did was not ok and needs to be made right.
