Practice better customer service. Just cause I'm gay doesn't mean I'm not human. And all the staff there need something to do instead sitting around a
I purchased a 2012 Jeep compass from CarMax Inglewood 1 month ago. I got a phone call from CarMax stating I didn't finish the paperwork. I decided to go in to dealership and finish the paperwork. I get there the guy at the front desk was very pushy to me I didn't finish my question. He pointed left. I get to the office it's one man that's being dealt with and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting now I getting irritated. Then they take some other guy next to me . So when the lady finally helped me . She was speaking to me as if I was a child. So I went over to the manager he was the same. the bottom line is I WILL NEVER USE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS dealership they are rude disrespectful racists' AND not LGBTQ friendly at all. And the car I bought was a lemon $1900 later I made it look and run like a CAR.

False advertisement!
I was told by 3 representatives and its stated in the CarMax website that a recent paycheck stub is required apart of approval does not state you need to be employed 3-6 months. It's false advertisement, unprofessional behavior by the staff in Henderson as well, I called explained my issue requested to speak to the store manager and was transferred 3 times never spoke to one. The staff was talking amongst each other he say she say not once was a manager brought to explain the situation In detail. I paid an Uber left with nothing but a negative impact on my credit and a even more negative experience with purchasing a vehicle from this company specifically. Be honest and detailed about the information they post On the website and give their employees.
