I ordered used 2002 ford focus lx sedan 2.0l sohc coolant overflow return hose, air intake duct and ignition capacitor. The transaction was made on the phone. I provided my debit card details and two OTPs were used to debit me which double the actual amount of 116.55. I have reached out to her so many times to provide the tracking number of the items as she claimed they have been shipped and also reverse the excess amount but she keeps giving excuses that she will send it EOD and i don't receive it. She also state before the purchase she will send me pictures of the parts before they are shipped to clear my doubts about compatibility and avoid return hassles so that I can cancel the order right away. She reassured me she had consulted parts experts and mechanics, I should have no fears. Till this very moment which is about a month ago, she has not fulfilled any of transaction terms.
