I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Car Source in Kenosha Wisconsin on December 1st. I was told by the salesperson that I should receive the title for this car in the mail in about three weeks and that I should also receive a replacement keyfob to replace the broken one that came with the car soon. In the fourth week I called to verify that Car Source submitted my title information to the DMV and was told that someone would call me back. Nobody from Car Source called me back. A few days later I called to do the same and was told that they would call me back. Nobody from Car Source called me back. I left a message with someone a few days later. Nobody from Car Source called me back. At this point, I contacted the DMV on the west side of Madison Wisconsin and their representative told me that they had not received the title information for the 2013 Chevy Cruze I purchased from Car Source on December 1st. I tried calling Car Source for multiple days afterward during the hours they claim to be open and they wouldn't answer the phone. I must have called at least 40 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. It seems very clear that the employees at Car Source are refusing to answer my calls. I was hoping to resolve whatever issues might be going on, and I was willing to be patient and understanding if a mistake was made on their part, but they are clearly unwilling to resolve the issues in way that is reasonable or logical or ethical. Resolution Sought Resolve the issues by fully carrying out the terms of the sale that their salesperson agreed to and Car Source should be obligated to honor, or provide a full refund.
