On June 4th 2023, I went to look at a truck at Car stop auto in Colonial beach. The truck was a 2014 dodge ram. When looking at the truck we noticed multiple things that needed to be fixed. There was no inspection sticker, driver side door handle falling off and not working, check engine light, no ac, and a speaker blown. We brought this up to Abel the salesman helping us and he said no worries at all he we get everything fixed and would even personally deliver the truck to us so we make our payment and leave. The next day comes and no word about when they are coming. I have to message them and even then it seems like no one knows what's going on. This went on until 11pm! When the person who was supposed to come said they have no ride back so can't drop it off. So we decide we will just go in the morning. Well, we get there the next morning and nothing was done to the truck. I bring this up to the finance person and the excuses start "they are really busy, they have multiple business's". If they knew they weren't going to be able to finish all in the time they said they should have let us know that. Again they tell us to leave it with them and they will 100 fix everything wrong. My boyfriend goes to pick it up and still things are wrong, the inspection sticker is now on and the check engine light went away but door handle and ac are not fixed. A few days after he leaves the check engine light comes back on. And so far we've had to pay 3,000 for issues we can provide receipt Resolution Sought I would like them to give us the exact amount we've now spent and going to spend to fix the truck they said they were going to fix. Again it's in the shop for an oil gasket break. We can't trust them to fix it because they don't it correctly and that's why this domino effect of issues keeps arising. This is not a cheap process and it shouldn't be happening.

Dealer lied about vehicle arrival and vehicle itself. Stated several times we would cancel, but never wired me back my money for vehicle. I also never got 2nd key or title. Vehicle is currently being towed by my leading office for no plate Resolution Sought I world like my money back plus inconvenience for not being able to by or drive a vehicle for almost a month
