Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I took my car here because it was running hot and had no heat. They called and said it was repaired and ready. Went to pick it up after getting a new thermostat and fan and was charged almost $1,000. Still no heat we left it there came back a week later still the same issue. Anthony the employee and the GM was telling me a new thermostat wouldn't give me heat. Now it's almost winter time. Still no heat . They had my car for almost 2 weeks. They told me since it was warm outside they couldn't tell if my heat really worked. What kind of crap is that. Told I was getting a $100.00 refund by mail but I paid all in cash. Repeated phone calls got me no where and I'm still right back in the same position I was at first. They should have taken more off since you never really fixed it. I went to pick the car up 4 times all while being told. "IT SHOULD WORK THIS TIME " . SERIOUSLY NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU SPECIALIZE IN THESE THINGS IF YOU DO NOT. The customer gets stuck with the bill all the while it's not even repaired. Never Again. Resolution Sought Refund more of my money so I can Have my heat repaired correctly. Not by them but at a completely different place.
