Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a smart watch through this company April 1, 2022. Item was suppose to be received within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still nothing. I tracked my package o. SHOP app. which by the way is also a horrible app. It said that my package was in Hawaii. And kept telling me it would delivered today. After a 4 days of it was being delivered today. I was frustrated. I emailed the company and just wanted my refund back. They then sent me an email saying it had been delivered. When I explained that I haven't received anything they said it's not their fault if I put the wrong address. They verified the address I gave which was correct. Then they said I'm only going to receive half my money back. Is this fair? I was surprised by their response. Then I noticed the email they sent me had the wrong tracking # on it. I explained this to them and they just proceeded to give me half my money back. I'm furious with this company. What a shame that they are domestic also. Resolution Sought Full refund would be great. I've learned my lesson and will never deal with them again.

A smartwatch I ordered, I have emailed multiple times and just get excuses, never any helpful information pertaining me receiving my order. Resolution Sought No a refund is probably not pulling teeth. But don't want other hard working citizens to get ripped off.
