Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went to carboxx 09/08/2022 to to purchase a car. I put $1,500 down on the car . And I got the car the same day... But they lie to the finance people and said the car had 42 mileage miles on it which it did not the finance company did the investigation on it and called and asked them to have me to bring the car up there and to take a picture and see how many mileage was really on the car it was not 42 miles.. so he took the picture and sent it to them and it came about the car because they lied about how many miles it was on the car it was 1111 on the car.. first off he never told me how much the car was he never told me how much I will be paying a month for the car I didn't find out how much the car was until the finance people call me he was charging me $27, 000 and some for a 2017 Nissan Altima that needed work the bottle in the front on the right was hanging the bumper in the back was half put on and painted and needed an oil change it needed breaks on the front and back the windshield was cracked when I got it about a week and a half later he put a new one in. I kept asking her how much the car was how was the how much the car was he kept telling me Mr Wilson kept telling me Keith was going to talk to me about it Keith kept saying what's supposed to talk to me about it I never knew I never got in the paperwork on the car I still to this day have not got the original paperwork that when I signed up for the car... I still have not got my money back or a car Resolution Sought give me my money back I don't want no car from them because they are scammers so I can get a car so I can get back and forth to work
