Bought a 2011 Honda crv that had a factory alarm on it they charged me for it $1300.Then they lost the original contract. When we (my wife and myself) got home home we discovered the mistake. Carco said to come back and resign the new contract. I refused too because of the mistake. They did not put an alarm on the car . Talked to ball Honda, and they said it was factory installed. So in selling a used car they act as if they installed it. Witch they did not . And want me to pay . I refused to sign a new contract. My question is. Will this hold up my new pink slip? We were there today 12/17/22 and they were very smug . And said "too bad" is there some thing you can do to help u?.I'm afraid they will holdup the paperwork they have been having lots of trouble with their help also fired a lot of accounting people. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to received my money back for the alarm and received my pink slip in my name.
