I am a sales company. I sell gym equipment, supplements, clothing and more. Swipe easy put my first transactions on hold without reason. Then I requires to speak with the customer service rep who sold me there product after a week of no response I canceled my account. Now I call to verify that my client receives there funds they decided to hold the whole amount for 6 months. They also kept another transition in the amount 150$ Resolution Sought I want them to fully refund the transaction amount as I do not wish to have further dealing with this crooked company.
