I bought a vehicle from this dealership and purchased a full bumper to bumper warranty. I've have had 3 issues within the last year and every time i try to take it in to get it fixed, I'm denied. I purchased this vehicle and have not made any changes to it, but I'm denied because they said everything is aftermarket so they wont cover anything. I've tried speaking with the dealership and trying to work something out, but they've black listed me and has chased me out of their store. I'm terrified to even contact them anymore. Resolution Sought To honor the warranty and to fix my vehicle. I want a good reliable vehicle that i paid for.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. After researching,, the visits consisted of maintenance visits. The visit in April '23 consisted of an issue involving the horn. Only the manufacture of a vehicle will cover the term "warranty". If Mr. Beaudreau would like to cancel his service contract, we can arrange for that. He was disrespectful toward Cardinal employees and used derogatory terms toward my African American employees. This resolution is if he would like to cancel the service contract, please let me know.
