1.6.22, recall brake sensor - all day brought home - immediately tried to use. Dash stated brake sensor - will not start. Contacted, they stated tow in at my expense. 1/7/22, again brought home! Again, will not start - bring/tow at my expense. All day brought home - will not start. Tow now Hyundai will pay! 1/8/22, all day brought home! fixed. Each time spoke to Auzie. Arrogant, unprofessional, belittle my issue. Not problem? Even when dash stated this with light. Ask about maintenance, oil? New owners - they will not honor previous warranty!? Norma Ochoa - stop calling, do not bother Auzie refused to talk to me. Took to outside to do oil. All the while grinding! Loud noise in brakes? appointment on 2.25.22 to check brakes issue. It will be $199 to check issue on recall, work (copy provided to BCA for review) paid $2995 to extend original warranty. Will not honor old warranty! Resolution Sought Honor original warranty for service! (Exp 2.23.24)
