The receptionist kept telling the patients that the doctor would be arriving soon, yet he never did

The receptionist kept telling the patients that the doctor would be arriving soon yet he never did. Ended up going home without seeing the doctor, some of us needed referrals for surgery. Be more considerate towards the patients and especially the elderly. Schedule appointments accordingly, and don't let people wait for hours and never once suggest to reschedule appointments.
