I went to an Allpoint atm on Friday 7/26/24 @1138am at a Rite aid to withdraw money for bills and I unlocked my card did my transaction and locked my card back and put my card in wallet went to go reach for receipt then cash and as soon as I grabbed the receipt the atm flashed something across the screen saying I took to long retrieve my money and retracted my cash . I've called 20 times and talked to people that hung up on me and then 2 people took my dispute also called my card several times they did a dispute so I called back to Allpoint and told him that they were doing the dispute Allpoint representative told me Chime never investigates the disputes. They denied my dispute in 24 hours time it was less than 24 hours. I told my card company that Allpoints said to do a chargeback and, I believe EFT to trace back my money. They did neither one of those things they sent me things saying that they called all point if they would've called all point you can't tell me that there is no checks and balances with these ATMs you can't tell me that if something flashed across the screen saying that I didn't take my money in time and every retracted my money that they are $280 over and that this money doesn't go back to my card I am a consumer. I am on Social Security. I get $900 a month. I have to have help from my rent and I can't afford people and plus utilities. I can't afford a electric I can't afford $280 just to be stolen off of me out of a big Resolution Sought I want my money back. This was an all unlawful retraction of my money and now I have to fight to get it back $280 stolen from me from a multi million dollar ATM machine ATM company that's here and is somewhere else out of the country.

To whom it may concern: Cardtronics USA, Inc. ("Cardtronics") a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Atleos Corporation is in receipt of the abovereferenced Consumer Complaint from MS. Harris asserting that she sought to conduct a withdrawal transaction at an Allpoint ATM, that the funds dispensed, but then retracted into the machine, and that, nevertheless, her account was debited for the withdrawal. After an investigation, Cardtronics has confirmed that the funds retracted and as a result, Cardtronics has submitted a credit adjustment to the Complainant's account. These adjustments typically take between five and seven business days, though the adjustment period varies based on the financial institution issuing the subject card.

Thank you but it’s sad that it took over 30 days and several hoops I had to jump through for my money. Meanwhile I was behind on every single bill I had and still trying to recover and there is nothing on the machine saying it will RETRACT your money in 16 seconds

Oct 9, 2023 went to withdraw 500.00 from account, the ATM never opened to give me my money, and it took it off my account my case number CS0179184. Resolution Sought I just want my money back.
