I have consistently made on time payments for more than the minimum due and have recently been ran through the mud by this company. In December I was told I didn't have to make a January payment because I had been paying ahead which according to a manager Caroline and representative Judy Herron is not a thing. So now I'm being told I need to make a double payment and being charged a late fee. The manager Caroline attempted to gaslight me about my conversation in December saying I was wrong yet I could double check what I was saying via my statements. Then was told I could not see record of the conversation to prove I was correct. I have been in healthcare for over a decade and will NOT be encouraging any more of my patients to go through this company. So disappointing. I hope their staff is retrained and I will be sure to let others know of the poor treatment you allow of their consumers! Resolution Sought Take accountability and retrain their staff.

We have searched our records in an attempt to locate a CareCredit account for Jenna. Based on the information provided to us, we have been unsuccessful in locating an account. Our office is sincerely interested in resolving any concerns Jenna may have. At this time we respectfully request some additional information such as their home address kids telephone number, social security number, and or the account number, located at the top of the monthly billing statement. We will reopen her inquiry once we have received further information. We are unable to process this request. For security reasons we cannot release information for documentation regarding our customers account without sign authorization from the customer allowing us to do so Please provide the sign authorization of release to Synchrony Bank PO Box 166011 Altamonte Springs FL 32716-6011.
