Poor Customer Service!

Shut off account no explanation card paid in full did not let me know. Make a complaint this company is terrible customer service number on back of card is wrong.

Care credit pre approved us for $6500, and went through the application process. The online picture of the drivers license section malfunction, said it was fraud when it malfunction. The customer care is HORRIBLE!!! They refuse to give answers when asked and is extremely rude. This company pulls a hard credit on customers accounts, and then direct them to taking pictures of the drivers license, the website crashes and then it says fraud. This company has done it to at least 4 different customers today alone at the veterans office. We were trying to get this credit to take care of our dog that is dying and this company just ruined the lives of 4 different families Trying to do the same thing at the vets office.
