I have Liberty Dental insurance cover thru Alignment Health care, Care Endodontics Inc. was Referral from Liberty. And my co-pay for the consultation was $0 but when get to the office they said I need to pay $100 for 3D-xray for them to diagnose more accuracy?? After go thru with 1st Dentist (Steven Park) said my (Tooth #13) over 10 years old Root Canal have infection by look at the black spot on the bone? recommend me talk to the surgery Dentist 2 nd. Dentist (Kwor Loo), he is the worst he said 1000 my 10 years old Root canal was infect it and he was threaten me it may give you a lot of pain one day when you wake up in the morning and recommend me to extract tooth #13!! Both Dentist with out ask me "How am I feel daily about Tooth #13?" want to extract my tooth! I am feeling just find as I am writing this complaint and I already removed my old 4 Unit Bridge and put in the new bridge month ago. Care Endodontics Inc. They charge any thing they want and even know your insurance state my co-pay was $0 for diagnose, I don't think is fair especial they are not provide the service for your problem and I expect them to return my $100. Resolution Sought Get my money back of $100.

Company states Date of Service1/17/23 - patient came in for a Endodontic Specialty Consult. Treatment plan was presented to the patient for the consultation. Xrays & CT scan.It was not a covered benefit. The patient agreen and signed copies of notes and treatment plan. (copy issued to BCA). Copy of CT Scan ws also givent to him and came in for another re-eval the next day 1/18/23 at no charge.

Care Endodontics, Inc Is scam they provide malpractice for the service! 6 months pass now I am feeling absolutely find, I want my money back.
