Consumer alleges your company has not issued a refund after they canceled the service. Consumer hired your company for a caregiver since November 2021. One of the care givers your company sent, gave her mother the wrong medication which could have had serious consequences. Customer no longer wanted that caregiver. The other caregiver they had was fired, therefore customer decided not to proceed with your services, instead they were going to have a family member take care of her mother. On May 9, 2022 customer informed your office she will no longer be using your services. The caregivers last day was 05/12-13/2022 and the caregiver told customer that you did not want to pay her. Therefore customer decided to give the caregiver an advanced of the $500 because she had an emergency situation. The caregiver told your company she was already paid therefore the money should be given to the customer. To date customer has not received a refund for the service, your company owed her $2250 minus the $200 for your services. Your company seems to want to keep $700 for this week however customer canceled since May 9th therefore a full refund of $2250 is due to customer if not they will proceed with legal action and also report that the caregiver that have the wrong medication to her mother. Resolution Sought Customer wants a full refund of $2250.
