As far as I can tell it's impossible to cancel the subscription. Their website tells you to login to your account and click 'My Care'. When you login you are directed to the app store with no option to view the account. If you try the app, it just says you need to go to account settings on the website. They don't answer emails or phones calls. I will need to cancel my entire card to stop these charges. I am no the only one with these issues. A quick Google search will show you they make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. Resolution Sought I should be able to login to my account from the website instead of being forced into the app where I can't change my subscription. I should be able to cancel my subscription from the app or website.

This company is stealing people's money. I tried to sign up and put in all my information. Then, I found out I had to pay monthly. I put in my credit card information, they processed payment, and THEN immediately I received an email they had to close my account because I didn't meet community guidelines. I was very confused, so I started googling and found out where this was happening to multiple people. They take your money and give no explanation. The catch is, there is no customer service phone number to reach out to, no email address to reach out to, and they offer chat, but ONLY if you have an account which they disable as soon as they take your money. It's basically stealing. Also, there is no way to turn off your monthly membership without logging in (which you can't do because they disable your account). Resolution Sought Refund my money, cancel membership, and stop stealing other peoples. A business should also have ways to be contacted.
