Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

There are predators and scammers on this site it needs to be shut down indefinitely I have had several people contact from career builder with fake jobs one person was trying to meet me this upset me deeply. Resolution Sought Take the account down y'all need to get rid of it it's really not safe at all.

Company states; I am truly sorry to hear about Shamira's experience, but I want to assure you that we do verify each company who utilizes our products and there has been no information stolen or sold without consent. Unfortunately, if Shamira applied off of the Careerbuilder.com site or through an external application her information is accessible to those employers. Also if her profile was set to public upon registering (this means her Resume was public in the Resume Database) employers may also have viewed her information. We are unable to delete those records on the employer's systems. If she would wish to stop receiving communication from them, she would need to notify the employer directly of this so that they can address the removal of her details within their systems. We ask that Job Seekers forward any communication that they have received which are identified as scam for our team to review to [email protected]. I want to assure you and Shamira that we do in fact review and approve all employers using our system. We also share information to help our job seekers keep themselves safe during the job search process. Consumer states; I was not happy with how they responded. I'm not sure what career builder said all I know is I was harassed several times I even have the texts saved on my phone from companies that were on there website posing as job opportunities one person I made pick up the phone because I couldn't take it anymore this person was trying to get me to meet him it was creepy this matter needs to be handled i was shook when i started asking detailed questions it was silence older people may not be able to pick up on them scamming what if they meet up with them and they hurt them could be sex trafficking through career builder i was harassed through email and text messages what was done, i don't know, but i was stressed and scared with the actions.
