Since November 2024, I have been trying to get my vehicle history cleared. It is being reported that it has been in an accident, but I have never been in an accident in this vehicle. My insurance Geico said they can provide a copy of non chargable incidents to help clear, but they still will not remove the accident from my report. This is bringing down the value of the vehicle. Carfax has a report about my 2015 Z06 that is not correct, but I've spent days and hours trying to contact them about the mistake on the Carfax report, And their website is very very difficult to get through, and I feel like they are trying to avoid helping in any way to fix the incorrect Carfax report, by making the website so incredibly difficult to get an application sent to them to fix the incorrect Carfax report Resolution Sought I would like them to either speak to me like customer service or make the website easier for someone who is not a computer scientist to make a disagreement complaint that they could acknowledge that they received the complaint and are trying to resolve the problem, ultimately the Carfax report says I was involved in an accident a year ago, not true, I've had this car a lot longer than that and never had a accident or body damage or repair to the body of the vehicle
