Summary of Issues: 1. Car 1 (2016 Volkswagen Jetta) : - Purchased from carfirst (now known as Carnation) with financing through Exeter finance company. - Developed transmission and engine issues within 4 months. - Covered by a 2-year warranty for engine and transmission. 2. Trade-In for car 1 for Car 2 (2011 jeep grand Cherokee) - Dealer (Aamir Raza) agreed to trade-in Car 1 for Car 2. - Car 2 financed through thrift investment finance company. - Trade-in value for Car 1 was $10,000 plus $2,500. 3. Car 2 Issues: - Car 2 developed temperature issues shortly after acquisition. - Temperature issues not resolved, indicating potential mechanical problems. This is within 2 months of purchase and a lot of repairs done till date. 4. Dealer as Refused to Pay Off Car 1: - Despite the trade-in agreement, Dealer as refused to pay off the remaining balance on Car 1. I've reached out multiple times, called at least a 1000 times, gone to his business multiple times and every time he says the next day. Car 1 is still in his lot. And may credit is messed up and finance company has sent reposseion letter to my home. - Exploring possible resolutions, negotiations, or legal actions to address financial strain and vehicle issues. Documentation Available: - All purchase agreements, trade-in agreements, and financing documents for both Car 1 and Car 2. - Warranty details for Car 1. - Records of communication Resolution Sought Pay off car before I get repossession on my record. I would also like to return the jeep. This is the ultimate definition of lemon. I'm seriously exhausted.

Bought a vehicle, wrongfully inspected, front end needs fixed when brake it turns left bad , tie rods and front brakes need fixed should've never passed inspection. Engine light came on next day told them put code reader to it said one shady so I went to local auto store to have them read 9 codes. Came up. Resolution Sought Said would fix forgot to tell them about codes. Wants me to drop off for a day or two. Wont over anything for me to drive or pay rental tell fix to get to work.
