Dear Kendoa, Your Business Consumer Alliance complaint #99039155 is regarding the used 2016 Infinity you purchased from CarHop on 08/08/25. The purchase included both a 7-day money back guarantee and an 18-month / 18,000-mile limited warranty. At the time of sale, CarHop shared with you how the 7-day money back guarantee works you initialed that page of the contract with your approval. Our records indicate that CarHop has honored the contract. On 08/12/25, CarHop received a diagnosis of an engine issue. After further researching the issue, CarHop opted to offer you a different vehicle. On 09/17/25, you visited the CarHop dealership. CarHop accepted the return of the 2016 Infinity and you agreed to apply your credits towards a different vehicle, a 2019 Lincoln. You stated you were satisfied with this outcome. Thank you for doing business with CarHop. Sincerely, Eric Wanek [email protected]

Dear Jocquice - Thank you for providing your feedback. The vehicle you purchased from CarHop on 01/04/24 included both a 7-day money back guarantee and an 18-month / 18,000-mile limited warranty. Since you purchased the vehicle, our records do not show that we have received any vehicle diagnosis regarding any vehicle issues. To best assist you, Sandi Zajec, CarHop Branch Manager, spoke with you on 03/04/25 and discussed a plan to assist you. The first step in the limited warranty process is to get the vehicle diagnosed at a CarHop-approved service shop. As a courtesy, Sandi offered to pay for the cost of the diagnosis and review options with you once the diagnosis is completed. CarHop will continue to honor the limited warranty. Please work together with Sandi directly on the next steps. Thank you for doing business with CarHop.
