On June 11th 2021, I paid Caribbean Pools.US in $5100 as a down payment to fix a pool. Total amount was $9200.00. On October 8th he did install a vinal into the pool. On November 10th I noticed that the water was draining (decreasing) the amounts in the pool. Called Jay at Caribbean Pool, told me he needed to buy a part to put around the light section of the pool. On Dec. 9th, he sent someone named Jessie to install that. Pool is not holding the water and he refused to answer my calls. Please help! On June 11th 2021, Check #229 - $5100.00, On October 8th, Check #237 - $4100.00. November 19th, Check #240 - $200.00 - to fix light around the openingareas. Still not working. Resolution Sought Address the above concerns.

The complainant is a very nice lady, however she is, not correct, and she will not take advise, and seems to think we are responsible for her entire pool and house wiring. We installed a liner, replaced a water filled light housing with a brand new one, her pipes are leaking, we sent a tech out there and attempted at no charge to putty, her light housing which we did not replace and is 40years old, it slowed her leak, but I explained in detail, we don't do leak detection, and we had nothing to do with her pipes which we're leaking before we did the liner and after. I gave her the number of a company that handles this and she refused to call them, and told me I had to fix her pipes, than as we hooked up the new light the power to her box was not working, that is 60 year old wiring I managed to jiggle the wire and got it working. I explained that n detail it needs to be replaced, and it probably will fail again, 2 weeks later light electric from the house stopped working, I showed up again and I told her I am not an electrician, as I told her before she was not having it, she began yelling again, I than offered to remove the new light we installed and refund her money, she declined that as well, demanding I pay to have her house rewired, basically she bought tires from me and her transmission went out, and she's blaming me. She wil not have any of this, so we're at ends, she is a very nice lady unless she doesn't like what, you tell her. We even did $1200, of extra work, for free, just to try to make her happy, to no avail, and I showed up and she had thrown chlorine tablets in the pool. I told her to never ever do this at the beginning before we did any work, she became irate again when I pointed this out and actually said it was my fault , she did this and I should have driven an hour to her house jumped in her pool and removed them, even though I did not even know, and if I did that's not my problem anyways so it's ludicrous again.She was really pissed and blamed me angirly when I pointed out this to her. She also claimed when we first met, the last guy that did before us work stopped returning her calls, and now I understand why. Some customers you just can't please no matter what we never had a complaint in the 10 years we've been doing this, we're really good.

This person collected first payment on 6/11/21. Finally got the vinyl in pool on 10/8/21. I was very patient with him, on 11/9/21 I noticed the water going down in pool, called him right away, he came on 11/10/21 told what to do, wait to see where water stopped. He took money to buy a part to go around bulb area. Sent Jessie on 12/9/21. Pool still leaking, been calling him since without an answer, the only reason he came on 1/29/22, because I sent a certified letter and he received i. He went in pool only when he was repairing the pool, as soon as he collected all of his money, it was the fault of 50 years. He doesn't know that for sure, even if it was so, why did he take the money to repair, well he should give me the money back. The tablet 1, tablet fell accidentally and got in the pool. This was long after he knew the pool was leaking. He sent me pictures telling me that he went to Costi Rico for dental purposes and vacation, why not he said. He knew the problem was here with the very bad workmanship. I have people in my home who knows what Jay did. Refused even to give me the receipt. Please check this out properly, he is slick. Far from telling the truth.
