The complainant is a very nice lady, however she is, not correct, and she will not take advise, and seems to think we are responsible for her entire pool and house wiring. We installed a liner, replaced a water filled light housing with a brand new one, her pipes are leaking, we sent a tech out there and attempted at no charge to putty, her light housing which we did not replace and is 40years old, it slowed her leak, but I explained in detail, we don't do leak detection, and we had nothing to do with her pipes which we're leaking before we did the liner and after. I gave her the number of a company that handles this and she refused to call them, and told me I had to fix her pipes, than as we hooked up the new light the power to her box was not working, that is 60 year old wiring I managed to jiggle the wire and got it working. I explained that n detail it needs to be replaced, and it probably will fail again, 2 weeks later light electric from the house stopped working, I showed up again and I told her I am not an electrician, as I told her before she was not having it, she began yelling again, I than offered to remove the new light we installed and refund her money, she declined that as well, demanding I pay to have her house rewired, basically she bought tires from me and her transmission went out, and she's blaming me. She wil not have any of this, so we're at ends, she is a very nice lady unless she doesn't like what, you tell her. We even did $1200, of extra work, for free, just to try to make her happy, to no avail, and I showed up and she had thrown chlorine tablets in the pool. I told her to never ever do this at the beginning before we did any work, she became irate again when I pointed this out and actually said it was my fault , she did this and I should have driven an hour to her house jumped in her pool and removed them, even though I did not even know, and if I did that's not my problem anyways so it's ludicrous again.She was really pissed and blamed me angirly when I pointed out this to her. She also claimed when we first met, the last guy that did before us work stopped returning her calls, and now I understand why. Some customers you just can't please no matter what we never had a complaint in the 10 years we've been doing this, we're really good.
