Sent the wrong part that WONT fit my sons Car. The part is almost 400 and the shipping was 250. The body shop said it was impossible to put this front clip on, nowhere to drill holes etc... They wasn't me to ship it back for 250 which is more shipping than the dam part... They do this ON PURPOSE to rip people off. Resolution Sought Them to pay for them shipping back and refund my money.

The client did not provide any sufficient proof showing the fitment issue. We have a right to request such info per the return policy: https://www.carid.com/help-center/product-return.html. "In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request." The bumper cover client ordered is a custom piece that requires significant prep work and modifications to make it work. This information is listed on the product page and the client was supposed to read it before placing the order: https://www.carid.com/duraflex/ipl-style-fiberglass-front-bumper-cover-unpainted-mpn-108800.html?singleid=3203516541#warranty. "Due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” Duraflex products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Duraflex highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations". The client does not want to seek a professional installer. It excludes our, manufacturer's errors. Thus, per our policy for freight items, we can accept the piece back, but the client is liable for shipping the part back. Please see the same link to the return policy we run. "Freight US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client."

Incorrectly shipped package! Company was well aware of shipping information change and they failed to do so! They have been incredibly rude to me over the phone and giving me wait periods of 76 + business hours to get back to me please help Resolution Sought Refund
