Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Incorrectly shipped package! Company was well aware of shipping information change and they failed to do so! They have been incredibly rude to me over the phone and giving me wait periods of 76 + business hours to get back to me please help Resolution Sought Refund

I place an order for some rims for my vehicle on the 12 October 23 they dated that the wheels would be shipped out on a pacific date in which it was not I've asked company to cancel, I am having a very hard time getting my money back from then, it has been over 3 weeks now that I'm trying to get them refund my money. Resolution Sought To please refund me my money back on my bank account.

This client's bank blocked the first refund (10/27) claiming it was a fraud. It's not the fault of our store. Once the client cleared things up with his bank, he received his full refund ($1,268.75) today. The transaction ID is 6993756030316579404024.
