Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I am a disabled person with no way to get out of my house. I was in a physical rehab from Sept 10, 2022-Nov 3, 2022. Before I got home my mom hired Juan Santiago of Caring Environment to install an elevator lift so I could get out of my house because I'm too week to do stairs. So Juan came told my mom what he would do and wanted $8000 which she gave him. We never heard from him until the spring, after many phone calls. He said we were on the list. So finally he build our front porch in July. I was a prisoner in my own home not able to get fresh air from Nov 2022- until mid July 2023. I have not left my residence in over 10 months. We have called Caring Environment and Juan personal cell almost every day in August in the past few weeks. He has not answered or returned our phone calls. I'm still without and elevator. I can not leave my home if there ever is a fire I will die because I can't leave my house. That company is horrible!! No customer service and I still am stuck in my home. I think 11 months to do a job is ridiculous especially when we paid him half the money for the job!! Resolution Sought I would like the business to complete the job or return some of our money. We aren't rich! My mom is 79 and I'm 57 and are on social security. He has a abandoned me
