I was buying a car this deliership his name is Shawn Naeb. I buying a car Nissan Miranda 2009 on 11/18/2021 and 11/23/2021. I change a oil on Nissan FUTURE 12610 Auto Mall circle Folsom ca 95630 on 11/23/2021 after check engine light is came out and I drive back home is is on my drive way car is broke down on one mills on my home. I was calling him the dealership owner for I purchase a car he said I be come your home and I check the car. After he come my home and he check the car he said o car Transmission is broke so he go back his shop and he call me is cast you a $2200 and you pay I don't responsible I sale car as is so I take car back his dealership he not fix the car he said you pay the transmission I am not pay any single dollar so please help me Resolution Sought Bad paper fraud paper he Salinger me junk car
