Oil technician being forced to pay for damages that can't be proven to be technicians fault. Safety violations in lube shop and oil pit including but not limited to refusal to provide proper PPE, proper fall prevention (cat walk in oil pit has no railings and zero slip resistance on floors and stairs) no access to MSDS forms, techs get paid flat rate when there's not enough work for flat rate, supervisor's supervisor (supervisor is in an office, not lube shop itself) is short tempered and verbally abuses employees on a regular basis using multiple expletives and name calling. sends employees to customers houses in employees personal cars for non-issues without provisions for gas used. Does adequate tools necessary for job and requires employees to buy said tools, Resolution Sought Repay said amount, provide safer, more adequate working conditions for lube shop, under better supervision
