Took my car to the shop Carlos Tires just to get a transmission service. I was told that they added 3 1/2 quarts of engine oil without my permission. Then the car started running bad. They never made out a work order for me to sign my car was running perfect now they say it need a engine work Resolution Sought Check into this matter please. Carlos Tires business no. 909-882-8080
