Customer Complaint

We had Carl's plumbing come out and replace our upstairs bath tub faucet head and shower head. They did not caulk it and water dripped down the inside of the wall. It caused damage to the living room ceiling. When they came back and replaced the shower head and faucet the second time they caulked it and apologized for the damage. We asked when we can get the drywall fixed. They said there not dry wallers. I got a estimate and called them to make it right. They have not returned my phone calls. We have called 4 times. Resolution Sought I want them to pay the bill. 750.00
