In September I purchased a car from this dealer, car passed inspection and was given a 2 year warranty. Within in 5days of purchasing the car it started giving issues so I took it to the shop that was referred by the warranty company name GWC. For two months my car has been sitting at this shop waiting to get repairs done. Long story short found out the truck needed a new transmission, a water pump, and upper and lower control arms. The only thing the Warranty approved was the transmission leaving me with a tab of $3200. I informed the dealership of these issues and I have been put on the back burner. I've been calling to try to get a status when he would cover the costs and I'm always told that he is waiting to speak with the previous owner. I still have to pay $450 on a car that I can't drive and I am to the point where I have to take legal actions Resolution Sought I would like for the dealership to pay for the repairs or take the car back.

I bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue in May of 2024 from this used car dealer. Within 2 months my car broke down. I took it to a mechanic, he said it's mainly transmission issues, but days later the mechanic said there were more problems to the car. I tried reaching out to the dealer, but they are giving me negative vibes as far as compensation. Resolution Sought I would like refund on my car.
