Tried to purchase a car from the car lot, took delivery. Loan approved and secured, called later and receded the offer. Now, more than a week later they are still Running my credit for an amount HIGHER than the price of the vehicle. Now no one at the car lot will speak to me or return my calls. I am still getting credit papers in the mail and notifications on my credit history. Resolution Sought Stop proving terrible customer service and running peoples credit through the mud. There was not permission after 4/17 to run credit again, nor was there EVER permission to run it for $10,000 more than the car amount.
