I purchased an extended warranty with Caregard and on 2 occasions when I called to obtain warranty service, they stated dealer had a batch of warranties that are open and not paid, so in effect I have no coverage. I previously asked dealer to cancel warranty because of this, he stated it would be coming in the mail, but has never been received. I have tried in good faith to resolve problem, but dealer doesn't answer phone or return calls. I have had to pay an estimated 2,600 for transmission gaskets and now transmission has went out with a replacement cost of about 7,000, with all this happening in a matter of 3 months of owning vehicle Resolution Sought I would like my money returned on warranty and gap insurance and for dealer to pay for transmission replacement and gasket repairs, at the very least I would like half the costs I have incurred to be returned to me to pay off loan I had to obtain to repair vehicle, since my credit union had a security interest in this vehicle
