I had ordered some mats for my car, but they took about 2 months to get to me and when they arrived the box was badly torn up. Then when I went to install the mats they did not fit properly as they stated, I chose the exact model and year of my car and they still didn't fit, so I contacted customer service but they took quite a while to contact me back, about 4 days in between each email. They requested I send them photos to see the case, and so I did. I requested a refund but they kept on ignoring my request and kept asking for more and more pictures, which I kept on doing, but they kept on forcing they I was just putting them in wrong which I clearly wasn't they just did not fit as they stated. So I kept on requesting a refund not only for ignoring my request but for the horrible customer service they have gave. Allt there reviews are fake and the real reviews are all one stars about people having the same situation on Trust pilot. As they have now entirely ignored me and refuse to give me a refund I decided to contact you guys and hope to resolve this problem. Thank you. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to get my full refund back.
