Very bad business. I took my car too get one problem fixed they never fixed it. Keep taking my money and saying its something else. They had my car for 2 weeks and the problem still not fixed. They never gave me my old parts and they also took my brand new battery out and gave me an old one. My lights were working now they don't come on. I changed the bulb in it steal dosen't work over all i want my money because they problem still there and i spent 1,660 overall. Resolution Sought I just want my money back. I would never do business with them again.

This vehicle was financed through us in 2018. This vehicle was paid off in full over a year ago. The customer had the vehicle sitting in the backyard for up to a year we were told. The customer was quoted for needing a new motor. The first time the vehicle was brought up we had fixed the misfire with all new parts. The vehicle was brought back up for other issues. The customer never needed a motor but needed tlc. We had helped this customer get there vehicle back on the road. The customer stole one of our batteries to be correct. All the work was done with brand new parts. The customer could give you the two repair orders for your review. We did what we could for this customer. The vehicle left running and driving with NO misfires.

I don't agree. The car is still misfiring it's still the same exact problem it was doing before they so called repaired it, I'm not satisfied.
