Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bought a truck from them the next day had to take it back because I was having issues with it they turned of the check engine light and said everything was fine 2 days later check engine come back on took it back up there they did the same this went on for months finally took it to a another spot they told me what was wrong and pretty much car nation beat around the bush would not fix anything when they should have because I had warranty they lie to the bank and also does false advertising they are very rude (Tim) and take there customers for a joke . Will never do business with them again Resolution Sought Stand up to what you agree to when people sign the contract and be honest about things stop hiding things just to make a dollar
