My car was hit while parked. I took it to a Shop my claim adjuster sent out person for estimate had the shop start to fix it then stopped them from continuing that she had to investigate more so they had me sigh a paper so the could get the info from vehicle event data recorder the car has been in shop since the 10/13/2022 they want me to pay shop and then take them car they have the car as total loss so I'm still paying car insurance and car payment my claim number is 3378sf . Resolution Sought I would like for them to settle the claim pay car off pay shop and pay me.
