Customer Complaint

We had a screen porch, patio, and fire pit installed in January 2022. The porcelain tile that we selected was improperly installed and now tile are loose and are coming up and are constantly wet from moisture because the required materials for porcelain (substrate and grout) were not used. We have had two contractors come out and look at it and both advised we need to have a new patio installed because they cannot correct the problems without removing the old. Very disappointed. We trusted our contractor to know the proper installation requirements, but he failed us. We need to have CaroBuild replace patio or refund the cost. Resolution Sought See above / Replace or refund the amount of 13,000 which was the lowest estimate we received.
