I ordered the shed from Allen carport and shed and they contracted the work to North Carolina Carport and shed. They came out and built my metal shed on November 7, 2023. On November 8, I went into my shed and their was water every where. I called them and they said they would send the crew back out. They schedule them to come back out on November 28, they didn't show up. They said they would come on November 29, they didn't show up. Then they said they would be there on November 30. I waited for 3 days. They still didn't come. They schedule another day. December 14, they didn't show up. They told me to send them pictures. I sent them. I told them to come get this shed. They said that's not an option. They are giving me the runaround. The shed is crooked and the shed is leaking from the top and bottom. When it rains water is every where. The roll up door want lock properly. The side are not even. They are jagged. I can't store nothing in there. I paid too much money for this shed to be leaking like this. I have tried to talk to the manager and they still want show up or give me my money back. I need help in this matter. Now that they got my money. They are treating me like my problem means nothing. Resolution Sought I want them to come get this shed,and refund me my money back.

I've made my deposit to Carolina Carports, it's been almost 3 months and I haven't heard a word from them. When we call and ask them when will they come put up our Carport, it's the same answer ( we don't know, there isn't a time frame). Resolution Sought Come put up our carport we done put a deposit on..
