I have banked with Carolina Cooperative FCU since 2014! I came into some money in November 2023 and put the money in a savings account! I'm Disabled and have my SS Disability check deposited into my checking account! I needed some extra money so I made a few small withdrawals out of my savings account! I was unaware of the hidden bank fees! I only found out that the bank had charged me these fees when I got my bank statement for December 2023! I was never told about anything in all these years about fees regarding my Savings account! So I want to get my money back they charged me $6.50 for 12 withdrawals! Since I didn't know about the fees for taking money out of my Savings Account seems like I should be able to get some if not all the money returned to me! Thank You! Resolution Sought Refund the money back into my Savings or Checking Account.
