Some of the work was not done as described. The technician was to clean and inspect my chimney. It was pouring down rain at the time he was on the roof. I don't think that part of the job was completed. Witnesses have said the technician was only on the roof maybe five minutes. That's not enough time to remove the chimney cap, clean the chimney, then inspect the chimney. The service report sheet was all wrong. Everything on that sheet was marked wrong. They brought out a new sheet the next day. He had to climb back up on the roof and measure the flue pipe so he would know how to mark the new service sheet correctly. Then the technician that supposedly did the work, refused to sign the service report. He got irate when I requested that he sign it. He never did. I called the company and talked to the manager. He wasn't very friendly either. I don't know that my chimney is clean or not. I would like to get a refund Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund so can hire someone else to clean and inspect my chimney.

It was raining that day so the tech was working fast to not get soaked. This time of year being as busy as we are we sent two techs instead of one. With it raining they did check one part of the inspection wrong. They went back next day double checked everything and gave new inspection report. The customer got rude with the techs so instead of arguing with the man they just left which is what they are suppose to do. I feel this man just wants to complain, but if wants to close this matter the company will refund him 100.00, and this problem will be finish.

I did not argue with either technician. They did not check anything on the second day. One tech climbed up on the roof to measure the flue so he could mark the form appropriately. I realize this will only become a he said I said fight. I will take the $100.00 refund and cut my losses.
