I entered into a contract with Carolina Fresh Water approximately 4.5 years ago.. I have been paying them $72 for a water filtration system. I've come to find out that they are no longer in business but are still charging me. I had a malfunction with the system and because it's still under warranty, I called and nobody answered. After further investigation I found that they have been out of business for months. I needed my system serviced and because they are no longer available , I had to find and pay for a repair service. The luan servicing company is still expecting me to pay for a service they no longer give. I am refusing to pay for a service I'm not receiving. I am keeping it in escrow until situations change. Resolution Sought I need either there business to return it I want out of this contract and any service problems I will pay myself.

Carolina Fresh Water closed in 2020 due to Covid. Carolina Fresh Water does not collect any funds from Mr. Turner. He financed his water system from Greensky and that may be who he is referring to as the company he is no longer paying. I reached out to Mr. Turner by phone. He texted me back asking who I am. I explained that I used to work for CFW and I still have access to their records. I asked how I could help him. He didn't want to discuss it and asked me not to contact him again. CFW did not have any kind of service contract with Mr. Turner and we have not been receiving money from him. I offered to give him the name and number of another service provider in his area, but he didn't want to talk to me.
